Hesabınızın ve hesabınıza bağlı verilerin silinmesini uygulamaya giriş yapmadan da talep edebilirsiniz.

  1. mistikappiletisim@gmail.com adresine silme talebi gönderin. Konuya “Mistik hesap ve veri silme talebi” yazın.
  2. Hesabınızı bulabilmemiz için Mistik’e girişte kullandığınız e-posta adresini belirtin. E-posta kullanmayan bir hesap için uygulamadaki Hesap sayfasında gösterilen kullanıcı kimliğini belirtin. Şifrenizi, doğrulama kodunuzu veya kart bilgilerinizi göndermeyin.
  3. Yalnızca belirli verilerin silinmesini istiyorsanız talebinizde belirtin. Hesap sahipliği, yanlış kişinin verilerinin silinmesini önlemek için doğrulanır.

Silme kapsamı

Hesap silme talebi; uygulama hesabını, profil ve doğum bilgilerini, analiz geçmişini, yüklenen analiz fotoğraflarını ve hesabınıza bağlı uygulama kayıtlarını kapsar. Hesaba bağlı jeton ve erişim hakları kullanılamaz hâle gelebilir. Kanuni yükümlülükler ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için tutulması gereken satın alma ve güvenlik kayıtları, gerekli amaç ve saklama süresi boyunca ayrıca tutulabilir. Talebinizin sonucu ve varsa tutulması gereken kayıtlar destek yanıtında açıklanır.

Uygulamada Hesap → Analizleri Sil ile yalnızca analiz geçmişini temizleyebilirsiniz. Hesap silme, Google/Apple hesabınızı veya mağazadaki aboneliğinizi kapatmaz; aboneliğinizi ilgili mağazadan ayrıca yönetebilirsiniz.

Mistik — Account and data deletion request

You may request account deletion without signing in to the app. Email mistikappiletisim@gmail.com with the subject “Mistik account and data deletion”. Include your sign-in email, or the user ID displayed in the app’s Account screen for an account without email. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. Ownership is verified to prevent deletion of another person’s data. Specify whether you want the full account or only selected data deleted.

A full request covers the app account, profile and birth details, analysis history, uploaded analysis photos and associated app records. Account-linked coins and access may become unavailable. Purchase and security records that must be retained for legal obligations or abuse prevention may be kept separately for the necessary retention period. Support will explain the result and any required retention.

You can clear analysis history using Account → Analizleri Sil in the app. Deleting your app account does not delete your Google/Apple account or cancel a store subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in the store.
